Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns - Official Policy

It is the desire of KSG Armory to serve our customers to the very best of our ability and to the highest standards of excellence. This page explains our policies on issuing refunds.

Return For Refund Policy:

Orders can only be returned within 60 days of delivery to the customer no questions asked. See the shipping policy below.

If the product has obviously been damaged, destroyed, or abused we will not process the refund for the return. Normal use or wear to be expected from the customer’s use of the item over a 60-day period is not grounds for refusing a refund.

Exchange Policy:

If you didn't get what you wanted we will process an exchange for up to 60 days after you received your order. Please review the shipping policy below.


We do guarantee craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product, so if there is a functional problem with the item, we would happily exchange it.

If you use the holster in a way it isn't intended that will void the warranty. For example, wearing the holster empty, without a gun in it for extended periods of time will damage the holster and is not covered by warranty.

Shipping Policy: Returns, Exchanges, Warranty Work

You pay for shipping when:

  • You want to exchange the product despite it being built and shipped per the order specifications
  • You want to return it for a refund.

We pay for shipping when:

  • We screw up. We don't build your holster to the order specifications
  • The holster is being returned for warranty work covered by our warranty


Refund Policies and Procedures:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment. If payment was via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment. Similarly, refunds will go back to the same PayPal account used if PayPal was used for payment.
  • Electronic refunds generally take 2-3 business days to appear on your card or bank statement.
